WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will report to the North America Site Merchandising & Optimization Sr. Manager. This role involves partnering closely with your direct manager, as well as collaborating with other site merchandisers and cross-functional partners within the North America Digital team and global partners.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Digital Site Merchandiser for the North America Digital Commerce team. This role is responsible for bringing our product and stories to life on Converse.com, while optimizing our site for consumer experience and sell through. This person will be responsible for leading and merchandising their respective categories, inclusive of managing day-to-day gridwall creation, auditing, and merchandising. They will be responsible for ongoing reporting to help identify any gaps and opportunities within their categories. The ideal candidate will put mastering the art & science of site merchandising at the forefront of everything they do. They will ideally have previous merchandising experience with a keen attention to detail as they’re bringing new products + experience to life on Converse.com.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Marketing or related field or equivalent combination of education, experience or training
- Minimum of 1 year directly relevant work experience
- Experience with the Demandware platform
- Digital commerce experience is preferred
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively with diverse group
- Strong Word, Excel, and PowerPoint knowledge
- Role is based at Converse HQ in Boston, MA with 4 days in-office, 1 day remote
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
- You will be responsible for implementing site merchandising strategies that focus on optimal site presentation, maximizing customer engagement and shopping experience.
- You will support marketing and seasonal moments with grid wall curation and visual sequencing of products.
- You will execute the Site Merchandising needs through Salesforce and InRiver.
- In this role you will serve as the site merchandising owner of select categories and ensure all key styles are prioritized during key on or off site moments; inclusive of partnering back with cross functional teams to ensure key styles are supported across site.
- You will manage and own cross-sell and upsell experience to help improve UPT, AOV, and elevate additional categories.
- You will be responsible for assisting and reporting out on a weekly, monthly, quarterly basis on site metrics, as well as any ad hoc reporting needs.
- In this role you will be responsible for identifying system enhancement & optimization opportunities in an effort to create set-up efficiencies and a seamless customer experience.
- You will thoroughly understand the competitive landscape focusing on all facets of the site (PDP, gridwall, HP, etc.), customer experience, and will make recommendations to incorporate into business through A/B testing, user testing and site enhancements!
