The North America Direct (Digital + Stores) team drives the fast-paced direct-to-consumer business. We balance art and science to drive amazing consumer experiences that support both brand and commercial objectives.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a Business & CRM Analytics Lead. The person will play a key role in building the foundation to better understand who our consumer is and how they shop. To join our team, we are looking for someone who is curious about all things data/business, understands how data is used in a business environment, can provide actionable insights to enhance the DTC customer experience and business performance. This person must be comfortable with statistical analysis + data science concepts to solve problems and make recommendations. This role will support a variety of cross functional partners across CRM, Marketing, & Merchandising to translate analysis into executable recommendations. This role is located in Boston, Massachusetts at Converse Headquarters and is not remote eligible.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

If this is you, you’ll be working across the North America Direct team many cross functional initiatives!

  • Create campaign measurement frameworks to support a deeper understanding of our consumer. This includes analysis across various levels consumer journey, including performance marketing, on-site behavior, path to conversion & post purchase trends.
  • Build consumer segmentation model to define the highest value (LTV) consumers to support both CRM & performance marketing offense.
  • Analyze omni-channel DTC consumer data to identify trends, behaviors, and preferences.
  • Own monthly business reviews with ‘Direct’ (Stores + Digital) team, making recommendations on business optimizations based on data insights.
  • Partner with Geo stakeholders to develop & recommend key metrics & data visualizations to support and optimize business – work with Global teams to implement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in DTC consumer analytics and e-commerce to help the business read and react to consumer moments and marketplace dynamics.
  • Support ad hoc data analytics requests as needed.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH

You will report to the Director, Direct Growth & Analytics. This role will heavily collaborate across the NA Digital and Stores teams to drive & optimize the current business.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, strategy, statistics, decision science, or related field, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
  • 5 years of relevant professional experience preferred.
  • Experience with key digital marketing KPIs and familiarity with analytics tools such as Adobe, Optimizely, Content Square, Salesforce, etc.
  • Proficiency in data visualization (e.g., Tableau, Looker, etc).
  • History of analytical team collaboration and building collaborative business partner relationships.
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills with comfort presenting results to senior leadership.
  • Excellent time management and ability to prioritize multiple work streams.
