At Converse, we’re looking for a brand marketing leader who deeply understands the Converse ecosystem, youth culture, and evolving consumer and creator trends. You bring a strong connection to marketplace partners and can translate global brand vision into culturally relevant, locally resonant storytelling.


You are highly collaborative, with the ability to connect across global and in-country teams to build impactful marketing strategies. You demonstrate strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, alongside proven expertise in project and budget management.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

You will lead end-to-end seasonal brand marketing planning for the country, translating global brand strategies into locally relevant, culturally impactful executions.
You will build and deliver integrated marketing plans that energize creators and consumers, elevate key brand stories, and drive marketplace and business impact. This includes developing hyper-local content, activating key city-led programs, and ensuring seamless execution of seasonal gameplans.
You will also oversee budgeting, reporting, and performance tracking, ensuring continuous optimization of marketing strategies and strong alignment with business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Seasonal Strategy: Translate and tailor global brand stories into locally relevant plans, defining key brand moments and recapping performance in partnership with global teams.

  • Recommend & Activate: Identify and drive key city-led brand, product, and marketplace moments, partnerships, and programs that energize consumers.

  • Content & Storytelling: Lead development of hyper-local content briefs based on global direction to connect with country-level creators and audiences.

  • Planning & Execution: Lead end-to-end seasonal planning and ensure excellence in execution of gameplan milestones across stakeholders.

  • Budget Ownership: Drive strong financial discipline through robust budgeting and project management processes.

  • Reporting & Optimization: Own performance tracking across brand and marketing initiatives, using insights to inform and improve future strategies.

  • Consumer Insights: Stay on the pulse of youth culture, creator trends, and marketplace evolution to identify growth opportunities.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Drive connectivity across country and global teams to build holistic marketing plans.

  • Team Leadership: Develop, coach, and lead a high-performing team.

You will act as a connector across global and local teams to ensure alignment, integration, and strong execution of brand strategies.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong understanding of the Converse ecosystem, youth culture, creator trends, and consumer behavior

  • Deep knowledge of marketplace partners, segments, and culturally relevant engagement strategies.

  • Proven experience in marketing planning, storytelling, and integrated campaign execution.

  • Strong budget management and project management capabilities

  • Experience with marketing tools, analytics, and data synthesis

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix organization

Para los puestos de Retail, tendrás que completar una evaluación interactiva de entre 10 y 20 minutos que incluye una conversación y cuestionarios. Independientemente de tu puesto, queremos conocer todas tus facetas, así que no tengas reparo en enseñar cómo ofreces un servicio premium y qué es lo que te diferencia de los demás.
