WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
This role will be part of the Converse Western Europe technology team and will work very closely with the different Converse business teams, the global Converse Technology teams, the Nike Technology teams and also with different external technology partners.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORWe’re looking for a top-tier technology Program lead that can drive the technology delivery supporting the Converse Western Europe stategy. The focus will be on larger cross functional projects & programs. The role requires a successful background driving complex highly cross functional programs in a fast-paced environment, with high-visibility.
Desired Experience and Technologies:
Experience in Information Technology(IT)
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to develop and communicate the program objectives, inspire and motivate staff, and maintain alignment with the business strategy.
  • A high level of empathy and the ability to vary styles of interaction to match the needs of a variety of different personalities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain and "sell" the program goals and objectives to the business, as well as technical leadership.
  • Strong business acumen, including industry- and domain-specific knowledge of the organization and its business units. Familiarity with industry trends and innovation.
  • Influencing and negotiation experience and skills in an environment with high competition for resources.
  • Ability to develop programs and deliver them with financial and resource constraints.
  • Experience with at least one major project/program management methodology(i.e. PMI PMBOK, PRINCE2)
  • Agile mindset and profound knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies both at the squad level as well as Agile at scale, with the focus on driven technology and business agility.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Drive, lead and deliver against the Converse strategy and roadmap
  • Manage the teams to deliver the various technology deliverables.
  • Accountable for succesfull delivery of the Western Europe technology portfolio
  • Partner with the different Technology teams, building & maintaining a detailed planning to track progress.
  • Stakeholder alignment across business and Technology leadership to manage expectations regarding scope and status

For this role we do not offer relocation.
