Lead Data Solutions Engineer- Converse Inc - Boston, MA. Extract data using specialized computer systems to transform, organize, and model the data to draw conclusions and identify patterns. Perform application of data collection and analysis to design, manage and optimize the flow of data throughout the organization; works with non-routine information and develops recommendations for ideas or services. Develop and manage operational initiatives to deliver tactical results. Provide direction and mentorship to teammates. Solve problems using limited information and implements solutions with the ability to foresee most future implications. Take initiative to improve upon existing processes; and advises others on complex matters. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S., except from AK, AL, IN, LA, MT, ND, SD, VT, and WY. 

Must have a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Database Systems Management, Information Security and 2 years of experience in the job offered or an Engineering- related occupation.

Experience must include:

  • Metadata Management 

  • Database design 

  • Data Modeling
