The Sales Representative for Western European Inspire NBHD Partners builds and strengthens relationships with key specialist partners across the region. This role works cross‑functionally to unlock the full potential of the Converse brand, while shaping the strategy for a defined portfolio of partners and territories. The role contributes to creating a high‑performance environment and advancing Converse’s presence across Western Europe.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You will own the day‑to‑day management of the Western European Inspire NBHD partner portfolio, strengthening partnerships and growing the Converse business in alignment with the integrated marketplace strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead the Inspire NBHD partner marketplace to grow the business in line with the Integrated Marketplace Strategy
• Identify and onboard new Inspire NBHD partners across Western Europe
• Collaborate across Converse with Customer Operations, Business Planning, Go To Market, Merchandising, Retail Marketing, Finance, and Commercial teams to deliver business objectives
• Own long‑ and short‑range seasonal forecasting across marketplace and product
• Set the future by translating the Western Europe Converse strategy into long‑term account plans
• Act as a team player within the Inspire team, sharing insights and supporting collective goals
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
The role works closely with direct reports, the Senior Manager for Converse Western Europe Inspire, and senior stakeholders across partner organizations.
This role is also part of the broader Western Europe Commercial team and engages with key regional stakeholders to support accounts within the portfolio.
The role is based at Converse EHQ in Hilversum, The Netherlands, with travel required to meet retail partners.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Passion for the Converse brand and culture
• Account management experience, ideally within the sneaker and fashion industry
• Proven experience in a sales role and/or buying and merchandising
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in financial forecasting and understanding of the gross‑to‑net process
• Experience negotiating trade terms
• Detail‑oriented and results‑driven, with the ability to plan, analyze, and execute effectively
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive business decisions
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a matrix‑oriented environment
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with complex external stakeholders
Role closes Tuesday June 2nd 2026 (End of Day) and is not available for relocation
