WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
WESTERN EUROPE ENTERPRISE WORKFLOW AND GAMEPLAN (EWGP), AND BRAND DESIGN

This role will sit within the Western Europe EWGP team and work closely with the Brand Design team. This means working directly with Operational leads, Producers, Designers, Copywriters, and Strategists. You will partner closely with other teams across the organization and external creative partners to deliver creative experiences that support our business goals.

The EWGP team are a cross functional team that enables the enterprise by driving process efficiency, alignment and standardization. With an aim to serve consumers with consistent product & experiences through our gameplan, we set the blueprints to enable our organization by driving disciplined operational management with increased x-functional connection. We establish end-to-end orchestration of our gameplan to increase connection between functional processes, whilst identifying and implementing improvements to increase effectiveness, efficiency and connection of our enterprise workflows and processes.


The Brand Design team creates strategic and distinct digital & physical brand experiences to inspire our audience and that are pushing the boundaries. We’re powered by the people of our communities. We’re motivated by our purpose and innovation within the creative world. Our Brand Design team is made up of a Creative Director, Senior Designer and Marketing Manager Ops and Creative Production, we are a small team that do big work and are looking for a teammate to help bring our amazing concepts to life. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re seeking a Creative Operations Specialist who has solid creative production experience, a keen eye for process and passion for the Converse brand. Someone with knowledge and experience producing work that will live across physical and digital spaces, whilst thinking critically about the best way to create it. We will want someone who is resourceful, positive, takes initiative and enjoys being at the centre of the work we put out in the world, driving brand excellence through the very best process and collaboration.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • Several years of relevant experience of producing creative projects for larger brands or key creative agency experience specific to the streetwear footwear/apparel industry.

  • Experience in project management or creative operations.

  • We’re looking for someone who speaks the language of creativity and that is passionate about youth behaviour and trends, to help drive diverse and inclusive creative output.

  • Good knowledge of digital & physical, brand design, and social media platforms.

  • Strong writing and communications experience in English, including presentation skills.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

  • Working under the Marketing Ops and Production Manager, your role will be two fold; helping to drive regional Brand Creative gameplan processes and collaboration, as well as driving best-in-class brand creative production.

  • You will work with external parties and agencies to produce selected WE creative projects, managing concept to execution, ensuring permissions and usage are in place and project on budget and within timeline. This will include but are not limited to still and motion photoshoots, graphic, digital and motion design & and events. 

  • You will ensure visibility for all work across relevant stakeholders and circulate global seasonal creative guidance to the full team to drive clarity around what is being produced and answer any questions before teams execute as part of the gameplan process. 

  • You will build connectivity and consistency in process across the organization, to enable partners to build, create, and produce their own assets. 

  • You will have strong communication skills and be encouraged to clearly articulate your own ideas to the Operations and Brand Creative teams.
