Job Description Summary
- Responsible for Douyin channel sales operation of the store including Livestream/Store/KOL/Short video channels.
- Develops and implements sales strategies, monitors customer, competitor and industry activity. Responsible for research, business development and sales administration.
- Drive strategic initiatives and growth opportunities to achieve business targets of the store.
- Identify operational bottlenecks via data analysis and implement efficiency solutions.
- Partner x-functionally to streamline process and achieve shared business goals together.

- Douyin ops experience with proven GMV growth and KOL campaign success
Education Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree is required in the relevant or a related field, or any acceptable combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in the relevant or a related field.
