WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re seeking a highly skilled marketing professional as our Lead, Direct & Extend Channel Marketing who will lead the ideation and development of omni-channel marketing plans that support Converse direct and marketplace partners, execute category‑right marketing initiatives, and drive strong seasonal expression. You can operate both independently and collaboratively to drive impactful marketing strategies for Converse Direct (stores and Converse.com) and the Extend channel. You will be comfortable navigating ambiguity, influencing cross-functional teams, and connecting strategy to execution. You will think outside the box, craft creative account marketing plans and execute with excellence. You will know how to craft a strong brief and manage a marketing budget, and you’ll be passionate about retail.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
- Develop and pitch seasonal marketing plans for Converse Direct and Extend accounts
- Lead execution for key Converse Direct marketing initiatives and Extend marketing plans
- Partner with Sales, Merchandising, and Integrated Marketplace to align marketing priorities
- Coordinate account marketing calendars, budgets, GTM needs, and storytelling assets
- Lead account-level execution of launch plans, brand moments, and account‑specific activations
- Analyze results of marketing initiatives and identify optimization opportunities
- Manage inbound/outbound marketing asset needs and timelines
- Ensure brand consistency and account‑right execution across marketing touchpoints
- Build strong relationships with internal partners and key external accounts

This role reports to the Director, Integrated Retail Marketing and is based in the Converse Boston office. The work schedule is a "4/1 Hybrid" - Mondays-Thursdays are in the Boston office and it's optional if you'd like to work Fridays from the office or your home office.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor’s degree in related field; will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training
- 5+ years of experience in account marketing, brand marketing, or marketplace marketing
- Understanding of consumer culture, retail landscape, and category dynamics
- Experience implementing seasonal marketing execution and partner need
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to travel approximately 10-15% of the time, as needed
- Excellent communication and cross‑functional partnership capability
- Ability to manage multiple timelines in a fast‑paced environment
- Passion for the Converse brand
