Who You’ll Work With
You’ll join the North America Converse Merchandising Operations team, a collaborative group that connects strategy to execution. This team drives process excellence and cross-functional alignment, enabling the Merchandising team to deliver impactful product stories with precision and consistency across seasonal milestones. This role is located at Converse World Headquarters in Boston, Massachusetts and is not remote eligible.

This individual is highly organized and understands how to bring people, timelines, and tools together to drive operational efficiency and ensure deliverables stay on track. They are adept at working cross-functionally, have a problem-solving mindset, and excel at turning complexity into clarity. This role requires both strategic thinking and a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
What You’ll Work On
You’ll play a key role in connecting seasonal merchandising strategy to execution. By maintaining calendars, managing data, and enabling seamless communication across teams, you’ll help ensure seasonal milestones are met with clarity and confidence.
In this role, you will:
- Own and maintain the multi-seasonal North America merchandising calendar in partnership with Global and cross-functional teams
- Build and manage the centralized seasonal line list, capturing key product data and attributes
- Support seasonal pricing setup and accuracy across all platforms
- Manage key workflows to ensure centralized, up-to-date, and accurate merchandising information
- Become a subject matter expert in merchandising tools and systems, and serve as a resource to the team
- Develop tools and visualizations that enable clear communication at key gameplan milestones
- Partner with global operations teams to review and hindsight seasonal processes, identifying opportunities for future improvement
What You Bring
- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in merchandising, operations, or a related function
- Strong organizational and project management skills with sharp attention to detail
- Collaborative mindset and ability to communicate effectively across teams and levels
- Analytical thinking and a continuous improvement mindset
- Experience with Vibe, Sigma, and Flex preferred
