Who You’ll Be Working With

You will join Converse’s Global Brand Engagement team, reporting directly to the Senior Director of Global Brand Engagement. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams across marketing, geography-based marketplaces, communications, social media, brand creative, entertainment, and agency partners. You will lead collaboration efforts that bring the Converse brand narrative to life globally, working alongside leadership, operations, and regional brand functions to ensure consistency and impact in all brand initiatives.

We are seeking an exceptional marketing leader who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can navigate ambiguity while driving global brand initiatives. You have deep experience leading integrated brand campaigns at scale, strong strategic vision, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority. Your passion for culture, sneaker, and streetwear communities fuels your consumer-centered approach. You are a courageous, entrepreneurial self-starter who connects daily work to enterprise priorities and leads with trust.

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training 
  • 10+ years of brand marketing or brand management experience, preferably in-house for a global brand
  • Proven track record delivering global integrated campaigns across earned, paid, owned, digital, and physical channels
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to lead through influence and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Deep understanding of Converse brand heritage, culture, and relevant subcultures (sneaker, street culture)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; a natural storyteller
  • Experience translating strategy into execution with strong business acumen
  • Adaptable leader comfortable managing change and ambiguity

What You’ll Work On

You will lead the development and execution of key seasonal brand initiatives and platforms, including Converse Rubber Tracks and the All Star Community. Your work ensures alignment between global brand narratives and localized geo marketing plans, creating cohesive and impactful consumer experiences worldwide.

  • Own marketing deliverables and briefs for seasonal brand narratives, translating insights into actionable strategies across geographies
  • Drive coordination and strategic alignment across geographic markets as they develop localized marketing plans
  • Collaborate with business, design, communications, brand marketing, creative, and entertainment teams on major brand moments and initiatives
  • Lead internal checkpoints and reviews with leadership and operations teams to ensure progress and alignment
  • Partner with catalyst and entertainment leads to integrate talent, partners, community, and athletes into marketing plans
  • Support post-campaign analysis and learning in partnership with geos and functions to optimize future initiatives
  • Deliver comprehensive, cross-geo marketing plans that serve and engage consumers effectively across our two core platforms
