WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
Based out of the Milano Office, you will be part of the Converse EMEA Marketing team, working in close partnership with FOOTLOCKER Marketplace, Brand Marketing, Digital, and external partners.
This role operates at the intersection of Brand and Marketplace, bringing teams together to deliver a consistent and premium Converse consumer experience across one of our most strategic global partners.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Retail Marketing Professional who brings a consumer-first mindset, strong marketplace acumen, and a passion for culture and storytelling.
You are an agile and collaborative marketer who knows how to translate strategy into best-in-class retail execution, delivering impactful consumer experiences across both physical and digital environments. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and are motivated by driving both brand impact and business results.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
In this role, you will lead Retail Marketing for Foot Locker EMEA, driving the execution of integrated marketing plans that bring Converse’s brand and product stories to life at retail.
You will focus on delivering:
Premium consumer journeys across retail touchpoints
Seasonal and product-led storytelling aligned with brand priorities
Integrated retail experiences that connect brand, product, and consumer
Strong and consistent execution across in-store/digital channels, IRL experiences
Lead Retail Marketing for Foot Locker EMEA
Own and drive the execution of retail marketing plans for a key strategic partner
Translate Converse brand priorities into account-relevant strategies and experiences
Act as the primary marketing point of contact for Foot Locker developing deep relationships to understand the business, create opportunities and drive a collective vision
Drive Consumer-First Retail Execution
Build and deliver end-to-end consumer journeys across retail environments
Ensure consistent storytelling from campaign concept through execution
Elevate how Converse shows up across physical and digital retail touchpoints
Execute Go-To-Market (GTM) Excellence
Lead the retail execution of seasonal campaigns and product launches
Manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional alignment
Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of marketing assets and activations
Collaborate and Influence Across the Matrix
Partner closely with Marketplace, Brand, and functional teams
Align internal and external stakeholders to deliver integrated executions
Foster strong, collaborative relationships with Foot Locker teams
Measure and Optimize Performance
Track and evaluate retail marketing performance
Leverage insights to continuously optimize execution and impact
Ensure alignment with both brand and commercial objectives
EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE
Experience in Retail Marketing, Brand Marketing, or Account Marketing
Strong understanding of retail environments and consumer behavior
Proven ability to execute end-to-end marketing plans
Experience working across cross-functional and external teams
Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
Passion for culture, sport and subculture-driven communities
