The annual base salary for this position ranges from $83,900.00 in our lowest geographic market to $165,900.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a Senior Merchant, Direct Merchandising Global who will be responsible for developing and executing consumer-centric seasonal assortments that drive sales and margin across both digital and stores platforms. This person brings deep merchandising acumen, strong product vision, and the ability to harmonize across cross-functional teams to help amplify the best expression of the brand.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong retail and merchandising acumen, and work independently while staying solution-oriented. You excel at influencing and communicating across a large, matrixed organization and bring curiosity and adaptability to every challenge.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

  • Lead seasonal line planning in direct merchandising to drive sales, margin and consumer engagement across digital and stores platforms; partner with planning to ensure cohesive execution  
  • Analyze product performance to identify risks and opportunities; present key findings to cross functional teammates and leadership
  • Monitor KPI’s such as traffic, conversion, revenue, margin and sell-through to solve for consumer needs
  • Obsess our consumer; use trend and market data to drive seasonal product priorities
  • Drive consumer journey in partnership with key cross functional partners such as Marketing & Digital Site Merchandising to ensure compelling product launches and storytelling that reflects brand positioning

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
  • 4+ years of merchandising experience, including omnichannel retail.
  • Deep understanding of driving revenue growth and improving merchandising performance across digital and store businesses.
  • Strong analytical skills and retail acumen with ability to translate data into insights and actions.
  • Ability to understand retail trends, consumer behaviors and digital commerce.
  • Ability to collaborate and influence across cross functional partners.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A passion for product, culture, and the Converse brand.
