WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a Senior Planner, Sport Planning, Apparel & Accessories. You will drive seasonal and long‑term planning, build consumer‑right and marketplace‑relevant forecasts, and partner cross‑functionally to support strong offense execution across the Apparel & Accessories categories.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
- Own seasonal and long‑term demand plans for Apparel & Accessories with a consumer‑ and marketplace‑first mindset.
- Partner with Merchandising, Marketplace, Finance, and Planning partners to align forecasts to strategy.
- Develop scenario plans, identify risks/opportunities, and drive forecast accuracy.
- Leverage consumer insights, marketplace trends, and historical performance to optimize plans.
- Support seasonal gates, alignment checkpoints, and integrated business processes.
- Prepare forecasting tools, presentations, and planning readouts for leadership.
- Collaborate with geo teams to ensure alignment across markets and key accounts.
- Drive continuous improvement in planning tools, processes, and reporting.

- This role reports into the Senior Manager, Sport Planning, Sportswear.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor’s degree in related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
- 3+ years of planning, forecasting, or merchandising planning experience.
- Experience with consumer, marketplace, and trend‑driven planning.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
- Ability to collaborate and influence across functions and geos.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High attention to detail and comfort managing multiple workstreams.
- Passion for sport, consumer behavior, and the Converse brand.
