WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a Senior Professional, Account Marketing for Inspire, City Specialty & Skate who will lead the ideation and development of omni-channel marketing plans that support marketplace partners, execute category‑right marketing initiatives, and drive strong seasonal expression for Converse’s Inspire, City Specialty and Skate accounts. You will bring energy, cultural understanding, and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams to elevate the brand. You will think outside the box, craft creative account marketing plans and execute with excellence. You will know how to craft a strong brief and manage a marketing budget, and you’ll be passionate about working with retailers.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
- Develop and pitch seasonal marketing plans and lead execution for Inspire / City Specialty / Skate accounts.
- Partner with Sales, Merchandising, and Integrated Marketplace to align marketing priorities.
- Coordinate account marketing calendars, budgets, GTM needs, and storytelling assets.
- Lead account-level execution of launch plans, brand moments, and account‑specific activations.
- Analyze results of marketing initiatives and identify optimization opportunities.
- Manage inbound/outbound marketing asset needs and timelines.
- Ensure brand consistency and account‑right execution across marketing touchpoints.
- Build strong relationships with internal partners and key external accounts.

This role reports to the Director, Integrated Retail Marketing and is based in the Converse LA office.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor’s degree in related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
- 3+ years of experience in account marketing, brand marketing, or marketplace marketing.
- Understanding of Inspire / City Specialty / Skate consumer culture, retail landscape, and category dynamics.
- Experience implementing seasonal marketing execution and partner needs.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and cross‑functional partnership capability.
- Ability to manage multiple timelines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Passion for skate culture, LA subcultures, and the Converse brand.
