Responsibilities:
PARTNER KEY DOOR DEVELOPMENT AND ELEVATION
1. Key Door Planning Excellence
Systematically and efficiently operate and manage stores according to Converse policies and strategies.
Converse partner’s key door biz data analyze, collaborate with partner to drive key door sales performance.
Create key door seasonal & monthly goal platform including rev target, promotion event, retail moment and build hub door community.
Planning and execute key door project & sharing Best Practice to internal team.
2. Business Partner retail team enablement
Frequently hub door visits within managed city or area, check store FOH/BOH environment and feedback store zoning efficiency and opportunity.
Provide cross team frequently feedback & insight from product and operation.
Optimize consumer journey through in-store consumer experience.
Staffing forecast and peak hour management.
Check store services quality, customization, fitting room services etc, summarize consumer satisfaction survey.
Key door staff space setup.
3. Key window of WHSL team collaborate with cross-function team
Work with Marketing/Planning/Finance/…for partner operation.
Partner & WHSL sales’ request and feedback follow up.
Provide cross team frequently store feedback & insight from product and operation.
Requirements of this role:
1. At least 3 years management experience in retail or service industry, strong sales, store and people management experience.
2. Goal & result oriented, good leadership, communication, organization and coordination.
3. Strong analysis and calculation skills, proficient in using office software.
4. Fluent in written and spoken English.
5. Full-time university degree or above.
