WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and brings deep expertise in retail marketing across both physical and digital channels. A strong understanding of consumer behavior, marketplace dynamics, and partner management is essential to drive meaningful brand and business growth.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You will lead and support the development and execution of in-country IRM plans aligned to seasonal priorities, ensuring a seamless connection between Brand, Product, and Marketplace. You will focus on driving brand impact, consumer engagement, and commercial performance across designated regions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Create: Translate brand direction into IRM plans; develop retail marketing plans grounded in
consumer insights and commercial objectives.
Ownership: Execute seasonal activation plans; manage forecasting, tracking and optimization; ensure delivery of results.
Partnership: Build strong internal and external relationships; align with Marketing, Sales and Global teams.
Collaborate: Work cross-functionally to deliver integrated seasonal plans.
Plan, Implement, Review & Optimize: Leverage data and insights to refine performance.
Support the Future: Strengthen brand impact and consumer demand through innovation.
Team Player: Foster teamwork, accountability and innovation.

In-country Marketing teams, In-country Sales teams, Global City Marketing team, Merchandising, Global Integrated Retail team.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Understanding of Converse ecosystem; retail marketing expertise; account/partner management; budget/project management; communication skills; analytical mindset.
