WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking an experienced B2C Digital Order Management Software Engineer to join our team. As a key member of OMS team, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of digital oms solution, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in implementing Distributed Order Management Systems such as Salesforce OMS, Manhattan OMS.
Specific experience in developing/enhancing scalable cloud-based OMS application.
Experience in managing SaaS applications.
Working experience API Integrations, Micro Services, API design and event driven architecture.
Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD tools, and container orchestration
Proficiency with databases, including SQL, NoSQL DB.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Working experience in areas such as Business Process Management, Enterprise Architecture, Application Architecture, Integration Architecture.
Exposure to OMS vendor management, 3rd Party Product Integration, Data and Analytics.
Demonstrate ability to deliver software in Agile development methodologies.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
Supports the End-to-End distributed order management/fulfillment solutions
Collaborates to provide solution architecture and detailed tech specs and works closely with development teams throughout the implementation cycle
Coordinates and participates in testing and is responsible for insuring implementation integrity
Manages and structures process around production support
Assists with vendor SOWs, legal/security reviews, and budget
Works within an agile framework and partners closely with business product managers to ensure development and release schedule is in sync with business priorities
Partners closely with Privacy, Infosec, and Legal teams to ensure solutions are designed and implemented in accordance with consumer privacy regulations
Partners closely with the analytics tech team around data integration work that powers End-to-End Service solutions
Stays informed on industry trends and new technologies within the order management and fulfillment space and influences the long-term strategy
