WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

Reporting into the Manager, Site Merchandising, you will closely partner with different global and local stakeholders across the organization including Digital Experience, Digital Marketing, Site Operations, Buying/Planning and Analytics departments to provide a stable and world-class e-commerce experience for Western Europe, inclusive of 13 Countries.   • Demonstrated experience in site merchandising or a digital trading environment

  • Experience with data analytics tools, required: Adobe Analytics, Tableau. Preferred: Contentsquare

  • Highly digital savvy with knowledge of merchandising tools (Salesforce Commerce Cloud preferred) 

  • Understanding of Ecommerce best practices or product buying cycle

  • Good understanding of the major components supporting a commercial/trading e-commerce site

  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability. With the ability to work independently while managing the schedules of multiple projects

  • Excellent commercial awareness with a strong interest in the fashion industry and a consumer-centric mindset

  • Strong organizational skills with ability to meet and manage deadlines, with high attention to detail

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

The Site Merchandiser will deliver a world-class site experience for Converse.com, which inspires new customers and builds loyal and lasting relationships with existing customers. Working cross-functionally, you will partner with local stakeholders such as Buying, Planning, Site Experience, and Analytics to deliver an on-site merchandise strategy through product storytelling. You’ll use customer insights and data to execute on-site improvements in your line of business through category pages, navigation, on-site search and more that drive engagement and conversion. 

SITE MERCHANDISING 

  • Execute the seasonal digital merchandising strategy for your line of business, through partnering with Buying, Planning, Brand, Experience and Analytics teams in order to deliver on category sales and conversion targets. 

  • Following the seasonal Go-To-Market calendar, identify opportunities to optimize revenue and customer engagement through product gridwall merchandising, navigation, search, email marketing, and more. 

  • Weekly maintenance of on-site category merchandising and features for your line of business including site search, filters, navigation, and product readiness and lifecycle management. 

  • Regularly execute on-site content to elevate your line of business across the navigation and PLP.

  • In partnership with site merchandising leadership, identify opportunities to optimize the on-site experience.

  • Partner with Performance Marketing on your line of business, and key campaigns to optimize SEO traffic.

TRADING 

  • Analyze your line of business financial results weekly throughout the conversion funnel with metrics such as Conversion, Add to Bag, Click Thru Rate, Product View Rate, etc.

  • Utilize analytics tools to identify shortfalls, drive course corrections & make recommendations to maximize conversion. 

  • Partner with Buying and Planning to maximize inventory, ensuring in-stock position to support marketing moments and develop strategies to address underperforming categories in your line of business.

REPORTING & ANALYTICS 

  • Run and analyze digital merchandising reports for your line of business on a weekly & monthly basis, understanding when and where to react to customer behavior. 

  • Share back key and collaborate on key insights with local cross-functional partners such as Buying and Planning. 

  • Support weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly reporting moments, providing guidance on focus points and refining into a clear message for leadership review.  

  • Partner with Analytics team to create and utilize dashboards for your line of business.
