Job Description Summary:
In this role you will be responsible for Converse Douyin business, including content planning, kol livestreaming, store operation, campaign execution, and operational optimization.
The role partners closely with internal teams (Merch, Marketing, Planning, CS) and external agencies to drive sustainable GMV growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Douyin Daily Operation & Performance Management
Own Douyin store daily operation; Monitor and drive GMV, traffic, conversion, and content efficiency, identifying risks and opportunities.
Conduct daily / weekly performance review, and follow‑up improvement actions.
Content & Live‑Streaming Operations
Manage short‑video operation: content calendar, posting strategy, asset review, and performance recap.
Partner with DP agencies to ensure brand and performance alignment.
Campaign & Promotion Execution
Execute platform‑level and brand campaigns
Coordinate campaign setup across product, pricing, inventory and mechanics.
Track campaign ROI and summarize post‑mortem insights.
Competitive & Market Analysis
Produce regular competitor tracking on pricing, content, livestream and promotion strategy.
Monitor Douyin platform trends, and best practices to optimize operation strategy.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, CS, and Finance to ensure smooth E2E execution.
Typical Capabilities:
Communication/marketing/digital related experience
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
Education & Other Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree is required in the relevant or a related field, or any acceptable combination of education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant or a related field.
Self-motivated and with strong ownership to navigate work in ambiguity
